Max power out of a .48 .60?
Can we start naming whether its a .60 comp/.48 turbine or vice versa? Well if it is a .60compressor they can boost to 30#'s But they loose hella efficency after about 22#'s.
Good for 300whp with proper set up.

.48 is the turbine housing, .60 (and .42) are the compressor housings.
I got 272whp outa my 60/63 on a B16 @14psi; 238whp @ 8-10psi w/ the 60/48. Ive seen a dyno sheet where one broke 300whp on a GSR @ ?psi.
They are one of my favorite JY turbo's w/ the ability to use the .48 or .63 hotside to suit your spooling tastes.

so i guess the saab turbo will be ok on my ka then that answers my question
how do you like your ka boosted?
check the inatake mani its is two peices and can come loose with boost, also check to see if the exhaust housing is cracked around the wastegate
