Prob as much as the built sohc can handle.With a t3 adapter flange your turbo selection is unlimited.Ditto for spool though.

I plan on using the HF manifold as my only manifold, shooting for 300hp once I upgrade to a bigger turbo. I'll be step bitting the O2 hole and welding a WG flange to it for external WG. Cast manifolds ftw.

i dont see why you shouldnt be able to get over 300 hp with an hf manifold thats ported.
ive got a shitty ass drag manifold and its gotten well over 300. i dont see much of an advantage of design between those 2 manifolds.
throw enough cfm through it and it should be fine. only problems with the hf manifolds are that the adapter plate is just another potential leak area.
ebay cast manifolds are getting pretty cheap now ( under $100 with external wastegate port ) so you do the math and figure if its worth buying an hf with adapter plate.

On a buddy's setup, on a built motor he put down 179 (9psi) and then he switched to an ebay/ssauto ramhorn and made 237 @ 9psi. and thats the only thing he changed. So just keep that in mind, they flow like ----.

Yeah, the HF ports are super tiny.

I'm not a big fan of hp per psi nonsense, but when efficiency falls off hard you are usually running into a bottleneck. I'd say you won't see more than 275-ish on a ported HF.

well it doesn't scream stupid to you, however i find it ( along with many other including jd :y ) find it very stupid becouse we know that jap ef's didn't have hf motors, they had zc's or b16's so no i dont think you'll find a hf mani on a b16 jdm crx ;)

Just look at that link and all the thouse Manifold are for N/A cars so

HF = A Specific Honda N/A Exhaust manifold. i understand if you Butcher a HF to be used for F/I but didnt see any pics on link.

Tubular turbo manifolds on Small CC's do work but they are more laggy & gentailly Introduce the power, takeing away the LOG's WOW FACTOR

Went i went From Log to Tubular i was Dissapionted. but i have been Assured that the Tubular is Better although i havent found any Conclusive Proof yet an im only a 1500 12v with NO VTec

see, i dont know what an ef or ek is, and i didnt know that you couldnt get d15/d16 engines in them, i didn know about the zc in later cars, and the b16 too. i dont care about any fwd cars period. so i dont go looking for info on them. does that make me stupid? how about not living in the US of A? i have no way to have worked on yank spec honda rice boxs, so i funnily enough, dont know ---- about them. i'm not looking to find out anything either, but i will link you these :
