Prob as much as the built sohc can handle.With a t3 adapter flange your turbo selection is unlimited.Ditto for spool though.

 

log ac or hf? for best spool and top end flow ?

 

The HF flows three times better, statistically proven, be statistics that prove it.

I'm rocking one on my Vitara/GM9 build. Hoping for 400 whp.

 

I plan on using the HF manifold as my only manifold, shooting for 300hp once I upgrade to a bigger turbo. I'll be step bitting the O2 hole and welding a WG flange to it for external WG. Cast manifolds ftw.

i dont see why you shouldnt be able to get over 300 hp with an hf manifold thats ported.
ive got a shitty *** drag manifold and its gotten well over 300. i dont see much of an advantage of design between those 2 manifolds.
throw enough cfm through it and it should be fine. only problems with the hf manifolds are that the adapter plate is just another potential leak area.
ebay cast manifolds are getting pretty cheap now ( under $100 with external wastegate port ) so you do the math and figure if its worth buying an hf with adapter plate.

On a buddy's setup, on a built motor he put down 179 (9psi) and then he switched to an ebay/ssauto ramhorn and made 237 @ 9psi. and thats the only thing he changed. So just keep that in mind, they flow like ----.
