250 would be more around the safe side.. 300 is the make or brake mark.
yes there a good handfull of people out there pushing more then 300 on stock gsr blocks. i would personaly want around the 250 mark if you want it to last a fair amount of time.

a friend of mine has a stock gsr and runs 14lbs daily and makes good power i think when he had it tuned at inline pro he said something like 327whp witch is good power he also runs hondata,just not sure what turbo he runs

The 63/60 is what is being supplied by the customer. Thats what he said he wanted to use . Now I'm thinking of keeping the GSR for myself (supposedly with TypeR cams), fully built. But I have a few questions on what I need to do to run atleast 20lbs. I would like to go all out and do it right the first time.
- What size turbo ?
-TypeR cams ?
- LS or GSR tranny ?
- compression ratio ?
