Which manifold?

I have a B16a and I just bought a brand new Turbonetics T3/T4. I have an OBX "I know" manifold now but I've heard its not very good is this true? If its not good which one should I buy?

You should check Shitbird, he makes some dope *** manis for D-series I know. He might do B-series.- Matt
