Default LS turbo or B20 turbo?

Well I'm planning to swap either a LS or B20 into my EF9.....I also got a turbo kit free from my brother..its a homemade turbo kit that he bought online.... I'm just curious if a LS will be better with turbo or a B20 turbo? or are they the same...i know a LS is a 1.8 liter and B20 is a 2.0 liter...i'm pretty sure 2.0 turbo will be faster...but i heard that B20's cyclinder walls are weak...i dunno..well any advice?...oh my goals are 7-10 psi with fuel mangment...stock internals and daily driven...thanks

depends on the tuning.
b18 will handle more abuse with timing, b20 will not be so happy.
safe/good tune for either should be ok.

well what about B16's? and GSR..? well they handle turbo better than the LS and B20 with stock internals...?or should i just upgrade the internals on the LS or B20....?
