I have an ls turbo integra with 450cc dsm injectors on resistors with a safc2 with a T3 turbo, and I m thinking of putting a B16a vtec head on. I hear its good then I hear it's bad, but I want more power, and vtec is the only way I think I can get it. My integra is a 1990.what ECU would directly plug in my car, I have obd0, would it be the pr3 ecu would it directly fit?

 

I can't help you out too much with the ecu, don't know much about obd0, other than try and get the B17 GSR ecu that should work well.

I have a B18B with a B16A3 head on it and it kicks pretty good, a lot better than the stock B16. Screwed a few H22 swaps quite well. You'll enjoy it, make sure you get a fat *** exhaust tho

id make sure if ya did the ls vtec, ya get either itr or gsr, oil pump, water pump, ---- like that, from what i hear its not good just to slap a head on it

 

pr3 and pw0 should just plug in-just need to add 3 wires to the plug-i think

 

why go through all that trouble to do lsvtec AFTER youre already boosted.. how many psi currently? why not just build your block for more boost.

im building my block with srp 8.5.1 piston and eagle rods and a gsr oil pump. but i always wanted vtec should that work out with the head let me know thanks
