lowering boost

i was wondering how is it possible to do this
i have an ihi turbo with a actuator controlled wastegate

if you had double ended adjustign nut of some sort threaded into the middle of the actuator rod dropping the spring tension would decrease boost.

try the good ol spring method

use a spring instead of ur actuator
