Go to local parts store and get some spring rubbers for the rear springs. I use them on my dirt track car. Way stiffer suspension for $4 :y

I seen that done and the guy was banned from the track. Guess any fluids knowingly put on the track will get you a GET OUT OF HERE from the owner. But thats a great tactic for the street

I seen a guy do that at the street races on a CRX. Used water and sprayed onto the wheels with the windshield fluid system. Everybody was like, dude your ---- is leaking and then he burnouts and rips on a stang with his NA d16.

Genius!

As for better traction: All the camber and toe stuff at launch is all true. Also tires (traction design, intent, width). Traction bar does wonders (great for eliminating wheel hop). And of course shocks. I cant remember the terms to use describing intended shock but stiffer isnt quite it; faster return rate i think? What you gain in monstrous traction you lose in driving comfort.

Ive never considered using any sort of inserts in the mounts. isnt the common drawback feeling more vibrations through the car?
