I can't really tell the whole story from just the one picture you posted, but it would appear to be an AiResearch Garrett turbo with a .42 trim compressor and a .48 trim exhaust turbine housing. I cannot tell what manifold flange it has, though it will most likely be a standard T3
Cannot tell if it has aprovisions for a wastegate on the exhaust housing either, but being a garrett, it most likely will. if it has a 5 bolt pattern exhaust housing, then it will most likely be a ford or chrysler bolt pattern. More pictures would help to figure it out

pictures of hot side needed.
for the cold side, it's a .42 A/R compressor housing, which imho doesn't imply it's a 42 trim compressor wheel. most likely would be a 50 trim, but you need to take the cover off and measure the inducer and exducer to be sure. you should do that anyway to inspect the wheel and also get some dirt out of there iirc it's just 6 bolts, should only take you a couple of minutes since the compressor side bolts are normally easy to do.
