Default A little help please...

Because my exhaust guy removed a coupling in my exhaust in front of my cat I can not remove my downpipe to drop my oil pan. Because of this I just had my oil line threaded into the oil pan, but now it is too loose for me to feel safe driving the car. Has anyone ever welded a fitting to the oiln pan while it was still on the car, I am going to do this tonight because I need my car asap. Just need some thoughts on the matter before I possibly blow myself up.

hmm, that is a tricky one, I honestly dont know if it can be done or not. I would assume so. Using a basic wire feed welder should be no problem.
