It'd be fine and I'd leave it as long as it's not so far tweeked it's pushing the bumper out or difficult to mount. If you DO decide to try to fix it, be VERY careful not to damage the core/fins/bars that assit in cooling and transporting air through the IC. So unless it's causing an issue with mounting (or anything else I can't think of) then I'd say leave it alone.
Good score for $15 though, IMO.

Mine's tweaked pretty good like that, I don't think it leaks, it didn't seem to affect boost at all after it happened. I would leak test it, and if it checks out just leave it. If you really have to fix it, some creative wood block placement and standing on it should do the trick.

You could always cut the core in half and use the top or bottom half, which ever is more straight.
But then you would have to buy some new end tanks and weld them on there.
It would be cool to make two intercoolers out of it and sell the one you don't use.
