ok, here's what I've got so far for my car, wanting to know what people think, I'm going to the local u wrench it for parts and I know sorta what I'm looking for to turbo my '86 civic si hatch.

HF exhaust manifold (if they have one) $13

turbo (lookin for saab t3, they had 3 last time I checked) $29.99

fuel injectors from 1g integra (have 3 1g's) $6/ea

ecu from 1g integra (again have 3) $29 (not that it's needed but why not? heh)

anything else you guys can think of to go for while I'm there and are these prices worth it?

 

86 is carb'd bud. your gonna have a hard time!

 

86 was the first year of fuel injection on the civic... it was also the first civic to have the SI badge meaning.. SPORT INJECTED

Prices sound decent, keep us posted on your progress, keep an eye out for any intercoolers or intercooler pipes off other turbocharged cars.

 

get yourself a bov from a 1g eclipse or anything else u can grab...
