ok first off my ---- is leakin oil liike a bitch so imm fix that first.. next off.. I am creating no boost.... i took it for a spin and i stay at 0 psi...... i tightened everything and checked for air leaks and cold find nothing..... i tooke the u.c.p. off the throttle body and held my hand there and i felt force against it and let it go and it seems to be creating some sort of pressure....... my bov is not bov'ing but i guess that is because i am not getting any pressure ..... how in the hell am i supposed to find out where the leak is....

well if your blowoff valve isnt blowing off,

then 1 of two things, its either not even making
it to the bov, so checking the throttle body is pointless.
do you have an intercooler?

or the bov is actually the problem, perhaps is letting all your charge air out all the time, instead of only when the throttle shuts?

Try spraying soapy water on your charge pipes (if you have an intercooler) or the throttle body pipe and around the blowoff valve flange. Look for any bubbles and that will show you if theres a leak. It also might help wash off all the oil from your oil leak...

i did all the pipe checking and found that the problem lies within the BOV...... i took the spring out of it, reved and it still didnt even blow offf...... shouldnt all bov's work with all vehicles... i mean the vacuum is pretty much the same correct? it is a TCC adjustable from 6-30 psi

the BOV wont work just by revving the engine you have to be driving it or it wont build up enough boost

Yeah, basicaly all blowoff valves are the same and can work on many different cars. Put the spring back in it and get it all back together, but adjust the valve to open at a lower psi (if possible) and go for a drive. Like Aron said you won't build up enough boost unless theres a load on the engine.

is it internal or external wastgate, if internal is the acuator arm on, check the wasgate, is it threaded? when i put my turbo on i had the same problem and the whole damn time the wastgate arm was all the way out to it would open at slightly over 0 psi...

make sure when your testing for boost to be in second or third gear and floor it or elsu your not gona make boost! :P
