Does anyone have any info on these turbo's. I wanna know how efficient these would be on the Y8 stock internals. Are they good/bad? Im new at the turbo thing, this is my first project. So what do i do to keep the boost at 7.5psi? I wanna keep the engine safe cuz I plan on selling the car once i've had my little fun with it.

 

Depends on what you like. I have a d16y8 at 11psi

I started with a fucked up t3/t04e 54 trim and it was a lil large but fun

Replaced the t3/t4 with a .42/.48 and i dont like it at all. spools up too early...not a big enough punch, but many like the way the fast spooling turbos feel. Id rather be able to drive at low enough rpms not to build boost if i want

So now the t3/t4 is off at the rebuuilders and will be put back in
