Just started my car. now wont build boost?

Just started my car. now wont build boost?

It runs but stays in vacum. will not go close to boost at all. Any suggestions??

Open wastegate, boost leak, clogged exhaust.

this is when you are driving, right?
are you using the bottom port on the wastegate?

are you putting it under load, a turbo wont build boost just sitting there and reving it
