i wouldnt run that motor at all without any FUEL management. spark retard is nice, but wont do ---- w/o adding fuel!

 

You should be able to see 300 whp or so out of it, if properly tuned. ITR bottom ends are just GSRs with a little more CR, I'd be inclined to push it the full 350 GSRs can take, but you want "safety" What "safety" has to do with a turbo Honduh I have no idea.

That BTM won't properly tune a pile of horseshit. OBD1 conversion, and do something whether Crome, Uberdata, or paying a couple of hundred to get the same thing called Hondata; I do not care.
