isuzu intercooler

Can anyone tell me how efficient are this isuzu intercooler for a d16z6 mithsu turbo at 7 psi setup

And the max psi this intercooler could support? maybe 10 psi?

if it is off a impulse i'd say 12 max but if it is off a diesel more like 20
