LSA = Lobe Separation Angle or number of deg between the intake and exhaust lobe centerlines on a cam

and RHS is Rectangular Hollow Section of steel usually

why do you guys use sced 40 anyways? it's a bit thick isn't it?
you could get away with sced20 without worry, you'd also lose a few lb's weight too.
