Ok, let me explain myself first..

About 2 years ago I found a tutorial on how to build a turbo kit for the EF at the lowest cost possible. They told the part numbers for ordering pre-bent pipes by JCWhitney that lined up just like a retail turbo kit.

Is there a write-up like this for the EG Civic/Del Sol?? I've thought about it and getting the rest of the kit would be very cheap piece by piece.

Thanks for your reply, would this kit I found on ebay be a better solution? I plan on going with a T3/T4, would a 2.5" be better for a street car over a 3"?

You you probably want to go with 2.5" charge piping.

1 more thing, do you know the maximum size intercooler that fits on the EG without hacking up or removing the bumper support?

NOT a ricer, my car is actually 100% OEM '93 Honda Del Sol Si

I'm just looking for the maximum dimensions so when I purchase a IC it actually FITS.

what i've gathered from retail kits is around 27" x 6.5" x 3"

my GOAL is ~300whp from a B16A @ 15psi with 9:1 pistons, sound reasonable?

w that size i think you run fine..

not big IC is the best...
