Default Intercooler fitment issue?

Was wondering if anybody know of a company or dimensions on a intercooler that would allow proper mounting with the option of putting fog lights in the front bumper?(its a 94 civic Si EG)

Got a intercooler that bulges out on both sides of the bumper were the fogs should be!I think with the right intercooler and my Jdm foglights it would look sick with the hids tooo??LMK

Use like a backdoor style IC or have the inlets modded so their higher and clear the fog light assemblies. I've seen it done before.
