Installing Turbo kit

hey guys this is my first turbo setup and i was just wondering what the extra hole on the wastegate is and theres notin on there so if u guys could help me the turbo is a 2nd gen. eclipse t25. pic

well yeah i know that but the little plug thing is missing and i dont know waht to do so does anybody else have any good answers

go to beaner depot and get one of these that will fit and jbweld it on

atmospheric reference vent. leave it alone.
