inline resistors question

There is a gangplug on OBD1/2 vehicles you can plug a resistor box into if you get an extra plug and wire the resistor box to it.
Should be, OBD2 default location is under IM.
Finding a spare male OBD2 "big plug" can be slightly annoying, if you aren't concerned with a slick professional looking install then it might be real expedient to just do the inline setup, or cut into the harness but do a real clean job of packaging. The OBD1 8p plugs on the driver's shock tower are pretty universal and easy to come by.
