started throwing on minor parts like the water pump/tensioner...gotta get pistons b4 anything else can be done

At least its a 1.6L, not that shitty 1.5L d15b block. D's need all the displacement they can get.

I can tell you you'll love that turbo. My stock Z6 hit 10psi at 4k with a volvo internal WG and a 3" dp/exhaust - and pulled hard to redline. At just 6psi it would break loose the 205 tires at 5k rpm. Yours will be a bit laggier with .63 exhaust, but should pull hard past redline. I'd jsut suggest an OEM HG ($23 from the online dealers!), and bigger injectors. You'll be maxing them out near 300whp, even with the walbro pumping hard.
