IHI RHB5 Turbo help!

I was looking in a junkyard and they have a mazda/626 turbo. If the turbo is set at 8psi how do I turn it down? That`s to high for my car.

run an intercooler... you drop 1 PSI or so depending on size...

not to mention its addeed insurance to detonation prevention.

yea I going to add intercooler but I have not found one at a j-yard.but 7 psi is to high I am trying to start low and go up.It`s not a honda.GEO SPECTRUM!
