I'am really confused- Blown Head Gasket? No Fan? Overheating? Am I gay?
Ok, I need some help. I've searched ... And i dont have milky oil, in crank case, or under valve cover. I havnt checked my compression yet. It feels strong. But .... I overheat some times, and I ------- bubble into my overflow every once in a while. Could it just be I dont have a fan, it only overflows/overheats if i do alot of "spirited driving" then sit in traffic or wait in fast food line ext... ? Can some one guide me in the right direction please?

well if your fan is not coming on then that is the first obvious problem, fix that first. and if your coolant overflow tank is overflowing then you've probably got a blown headgasket or your head is lifting from the block. You prolly need to take the head off, have it shaved, put a new headgasket and some arp headstuds.

u can have a blown head gasget and still not have watter in the oil. it just hasnt got that bad yet. i would just run a fan first and it might solve the problem the easy way.

it will do that just from over heating thats what hapens when it gets to hot. just fron the heat the gases fill up in the water chambers and force the water out in to the over flow and when it cools down it sucks it back in to the radiator.
