Theres been tons of posts about how to lower boost on an internal wastegate . But anyway, you'll want to cut the wastegate rod in half, and thread both ends of the rod. Go to home depot or someplace like that and pick up a long threaded nut to match the threads on your wastegate arm. I can't describe how this nut looks but it's longer in shape than your average nut.
Then you will be able to lengthen the rod by threading the nut in or out depending on where you want your PSI set at. I thought there was a topic about making your own adjustable wg arm in the "new user's FAQ" in this section of HMT.

Pretty much. If your unsure what your wastegate is set at, you can use a bicycle pump or some sort of pressur applying pump with a guage on it to see what PSI it opens at. Or you can lengthen your actuator rod quite a bit so the wastegate opens early, and bring it for a drive to adjust it from that point. Keep an eye on your guages though.
