You are going to have to hook up the send line to the turbo and run it to the back where the oil pressure sensor is. On Hondas the oil pressure send sensor needs to be tapped and run to the turbo. Two places to get an oil line kit from is Stealthmode.com and Cheapturbolines.com

Geez.... I had my downpipe, charge pipes, and dumptube all welded up for $55. Well, they only charged me $35 but I tipped the welder an extra $20 because he did a really good job.

Just go to another shop, show them what you need done and ask how much it will cost. $175 is way too much for just welding a few joints up.
