I have been doing some reading and if the stock map sensor can read up to 15 psi, how come it's giving me cel's???? I'm not boosting that hi, i have a K03 turbo on a stock D16Z6, it's only putting out like 7 psi if that!

No, that's incorrect. It will NOT read up to 15psi.

So what should i do here???
Get a vaccum line attach one end to the map sensor on my firewall and the other to _______, insert as many check valves as it takes to get ride of the cel that keeps on popping up???

All the research I've done said the stock MAP won't read 15 PSI. However, the check engine light never came on during daily driving and this involve beating on the car once in a while and seeing 15 PSI on the boost gauge. I haven't the foggiest idea why I did not have an issue with the check engine light. The only time the light came on was when I went to get it tuned. After about the 10th dyno run the light came. The boost gauge might have been incorrect but I never tried another gauge.

Fubar, use the SEARCH FUNCTION and enter "check valves" and you should find a few illustrations/suggestions about how to install the valves.

I ended up fixing the problem by adding 2 aquarium check valves of the throttle body and connecting it to the map sensor on the firewall. So far, no engine light and all is good. I'm running 4 psi of boost, i was thinking of increasing it to 7psi using an mbc, will i have to add resistors to my injectors, get bigger injectors or i'll be just fine???

I will be installing an oil catch can within the next couple of days, so that should take car of the crankcase pressure!
