sleeve the block and get some forged internals.
You could go cheap with some replacement sleeves from darton...at least you can rung forged alu pistons with. Or if you are a baller go balls out...Bensons, Darton MID or Golden Eagle...

Do yourself a favor and sell your vafc, get your ecu chipped, and run uberdata or something, you will save yourself the headache of having to tear apart your motor again. And you should end up with extra money.

haha, hey steve I got the ls/vtec motor re-built tonite. Just finshished putting everything together and yeah I painted the block high temp black just for kicks. Friday i'm putting that bitch back in the civic and lowering my boost, this will be the third time i broke ringlands, GO FORGED!! LoL upgraded pistons have like 20 times stronger ringlands

OOPS i forgot to tell you all...
I had the block sleved with darton sleves, JE 9:1 forged pistons, eagle rods, new bearings and seals and ARP studded. p28 chipped with uberdata, and 450 injectors, hollowed cat.....then my flywheel bolts backed out.... but i got new bolts and am putting it back together on friday... ill post dyno results soon. Tell you one thing.. Uberdata kicks the ---- out of a vfac..
