I got my kit on, but have Ignition problems.Help!!!!!!!
Here it is I finally put my kit on and I'm impressed for just 7-9 lbs. Here's my setup
T3/to4E
P28 chipped(Chrome chip and uberdata chip, running the chrome chip now)
Vafc(Not in use until dyno tune)
Rc 440's
Holley walbro 255lph
Ngk Brk7e Two steps colder
Gap 0.030
3'' turbo back
Everything was going great for te the first day or so. But the I was showing a friend what the car felt like, and I boosted twice and as at like 5500(Vtec)-6500rpms it kind of sputtered and cut off. I could not crank it again. We found out it was the coil. Changed the coil and started driving and same thing happened. Poof! smoking coil. I got smart(or so I thoght) and purchased a MSD 6A ignition box, Accel Spark coil, and a 95 prelude Dizzy cap.
Now it fires up quicker and revs better, feels like more power but starts to break up under bosst over 5500rpms. Has anyone had similar experiences or am I missing something. Pls help i'm going to the dyno Saturday

Ignition could be too retarded up top. My ZC felt like it was breaking +5500rpm, I gave it a smig more timing, and she was a little lean at full boost. After I did this it was fine. Compare you map to some on the site and on Xenocron's, see where you at. The dyno will probably help you determine what's up!

Just had breaking up problems on a built ls i tuned. It turned out to be his plug wires. I really don't understand why you have that pos afc in your car if you are running crome.

I have the Afc cuz I live in Myrtle Beach S,C and No one here can tune chrome or uberdata cuz every want to party. I don't know of anyone close to me and reasonably priced. I myself am not tuning incline. Any suggustions?
