I clocked a Garrett T3 turbo and now the turbine/compressor wheel doesn't spin.

Can someone help me out without breaking my ***** to much?

take it apart again you must have cocked the housing.

Well, when you clocked it you must have pulled the housing apart a bit and now it's not completely perpendicular to the chra....it's not flush.
You're gonna have to unsecure the housing and perhaps tap it flush with a rubber mallet or even better remove the housing and assemble it again being careful to stay perp. to the chra.
