Mine was damn easy to get off. Just used a 24mm i think, and just un did it. Hardest part was sticking the 1/8 bit in then adding the T thing etc.

If your gonna use a socket make sure you get a 24mm deep socket.

I tried a socket, but I ended up just getting vice grips and clamped it on as hard as I possibly could and it came off very easy after the first turn.
