I am having a hard time deciding what to do about my fuel pump
My setup is all here and ready to go. The important factors are brand new RC 550 cc's on my b16 with a gt28rs.
I already have WAY too much money into the setup, and don't want to push my motor past 250whp. I know the injectors are a little too big, but that just leaves room for upgrade
My question is, conservatively tuned and capping at 250whp or around 7-8psi, can I run stock fpr and fp? I'd really like to avoid the extra 200 a fp and fpr would run me, my bank account is seriously making me want to sell my project and it hasn't even run yet. I'm not going to, but any more money into it (I have about another known 1k to spend on the car) and I might change my mind.
let me know!

You dont have to do anythign to crazy, get a walboro 190 fuelpump of ebay for 80 bucks buy it now and you should be good, if you want to be on the save side. Im running a b16 setup in my crx with 450's and I am going to be using that fuel pump, but thats just my 2 cents.
I saw one of those pumps go for like 10$ on ebay.
Using BSFC you can figure out how much gas your going to need to burn. To make those numbers.
THen do some flow tests with your pump to see if she will keep up.

Stock fuel pump can handle 250 whp. They are relaible at close to 300.
FPR? What for? Stock fuel rail, lines, and FPR with big fat injectors and a Walbro 255 have been good enough to kiss 600 whp on a couple of rides. Wouldn't trust the lines/rail past 550, personally, but I'm a gutless ----- like that.
Comparing GSS342 vs GSS315 (high press vs regular) is an interesting exercise... I wish I'd never gotten a GSS315 for the CRX.
