HY35 v-band?

HY35 v-band?
I am peicing together a turbo kit and I am now focused in on my downpipe.
The turbo i am using is a Holset HY35. The exhaust housing on the turbo appears to be just under 4". I've come to this conclusion because I bought a 4" v-band and 4" v-band flange. When i tried to fit them on the housing the flange hangs just over the edge and when the v-band is tightened down all the way it still has play. Is it just under 4"? I tried a Dodge dealer's parts dept. and the gentleman searched to find the closest place that has the factory v-band(i think its a v-band from the factory, help me out here if you can!) is in the next state over. Where can I find a reputable parts dealer with that part?

Re: HY35 v-band?
when me and my buddy installed his we got the v-band from dodge and used a powerstroke downpipe and welded a small bead on the edge in 4spots. seals up fine and works great. but yeah e-bay or dodge would be the only places that come to mind. and did you get an actuall hy35w or a HE351w? it will say it on the wastegate actuator. the he351w has a much larger compressor wheel and is made of titanium. very nice turbo.
