Default HX35 Turbine housing fitment.

Will a 9cm Non WG housing from a HY35 directly fit a HX35w? What other options are there for a non WG turbine housing around 9-12cm, ideally .63AR?

..I found out that the turbine sizes of the hy are different so the housings are not interchangable. I have the 12cm wastegated housing, but i need a non WG one! Anyone k ow where I could get one? I assume they would flow better and I could save alot of un necessary lbs.

h1c's come with non wastegated turbine housings but I don't think they are any smaller than 16cm^2. I can't find the site that lists all the options between the h1c and hx35 at the moment.

http://www.htturbo.com/thnew.htm for an aftermarket option.

I believe you are right, ive only seen the non gated 12cm oem off of a generator..Only way to get one is pretty much aftermarket.. Which is probably why theyre selling for $200+! Has anyone found them for cheaper??

I've had good luck so far just welding the wastegate hole shut, even with a MIG.

Yes, but a Non gated one should spool faster, is lighter, and more compact.
