Default HX30W on Sohc 1.5/1.6

Seriously.
What would be the outcome.
Id be running 10 psi.
Am I even going to be in the turbo's range to make power at 10 psi ?
Im still running a 42/48. And its decent but im Bored.

I dont care if it doesnt spool till 5k. If that, fine, anything after that is iffy.
From what Ive read this is one of the smaller holsets.

Any input would be cool.
If not go ------- kill yourself =)

the compressor will be more than enough at 10 PSi to blow a non forged SOHC. you should look for a smaller turbine housing if you want to see boost before the rev-limiter kicks in.

No split entry =\.

Ive got a stock motor for now.
I could see it putting a hole in my block on a d15/d16.
But im comp. is super low so I think I might be alright.

Thanks for the replies.
Im prob gonna pick it up today.

with the non split housing i believe it is either a 9 or 12cm2. if iti is a 12 you will have a very short high RPM powerband
