HURRY WHAT DO YA THINK OF THIS TURBO

i have a d16 sohc vtec (d16y

, i wanna run about 7 or 8 pounds of boost and i want the turbo to spool up pretty quick, what do u guys think of this turbo, i think it looks good, is this a good kind of turbo for my engine? please help

If you ask me, you're gettin' the shaft if you pay $175 for that. I know where one is right now. If you wanna pay like $100 instead, just send me a C-note and I'll pull it. If it's still in good shape(which from what I've seen it is) I'll send it to ya...if not I'll send your $$$ back..lol...I know that sounds like a scam but it's not, I just like having stuff to do...holler at me if you're interested...peaace

Ask some people that have owned one. Go to the project section and email the ppl that installed them into their car.

They're pretty good turbo's man, I just wouldn't pay that much cause they're pretty easy to come by....I don't know about where you're at but you can find a Probe or MX-6 turbo relatively easy around here. Or a Chevy Spectrum turbo(I think the turbo on those are a lil bit smaller)...that turbo spools up fast but also reaches max boost alot quicker...look for an Eclipse, Talon, or Laser turbo(i'd find a 5sp), if you can find a 90-94 or so 5 speed Talon or Eclipse, I'd try to pull the turbo off of it...I know where an 86 Saab turbo is, but I can't get the damn hood open on the bastard...NUTS!!
