how much should all the fittings/lines/hoses/etc cost??

Depends on what type of fuel pressure hose you get.. Fuel injected hose is like rated at 75psi, and normaly fuel line is 30psi.. Neither of those I would use, too low IMO, Tranny lines hold more, something like 100-300psi.
