Default Hi everyone...new here, have questions on planned turbo setup

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I'm looking to turbocharge my hooptie:

And the good ol' SOHCer:

Here' s my planned setup:
T-25 turbo (what all should be included with it?)
DSM SMIC
DSM 1G BOV
custom downpipe
custom charge piping (JC whitney)
adapter plate
cx/vx manifold
12:1 FMU
255lph pump
missing link
Apexi V-AFC
boost gauge (duh)
misc. gaskets, fittings, lines (can someone give me a complete list? mine seems incomplete)

What do you guys think of my planned setup? Where can I find a wastegate actuator arm for a 1g 300zx turbo (set at 5.5psi)? Will I be OK without an EGT gauge setup for now? Do I HAVE to lose a/c?

I have a bunch of other questions, I'll post them later. Thanks in advance!

Dont think you are going to get the T25 mounted in their with an adapter plate and keep AC, its just to much ---- to cram in thier.

"T-25 turbo (what all should be included with it?)"

Try to get the oil feed line, oil return, coolan banjo lines and just about everything, o2 housing etc.

"misc. gaskets, fittings, lines (can someone give me a complete list? mine seems incomplete)"

Once you start collecting parts, you will soon see what you will need, its not like baMM! order all the parts and your done, this is custom fabrication ----..

"What do you guys think of my planned setup?"

Looks Good!

"Where can I find a wastegate actuator arm for a 1g 300zx turbo (set at 5.5psi)?"

Try a junkyard..

"Will I be OK without an EGT gauge setup for now?"

Yup, you should be fine..

"Do I HAVE to lose a/c?"

More than likly, yes.. But if you use a custom made manifold, you should be able to keep it.

To keep your A/C you need to build a custom manifold.. the compressor needs to face the passanger side, u may have to shave your block a little(i did) the turbo inlet should be sitting on top of the bleeder on the clutch master cylinder.wastegate actulator should be right under the radiator fan..this is with a 14B turbo on a B16A2 in a 1999 honda civic Si. oh yeah the turbo is gonna sit slightly crooked..if u wanna see the manifold i built then i can email you pics. its kinda ghetto..im just waiting for my new manifold blank to get finished being built.(someone that knows how to weld right).

anyone else have any recommendations on my setup? A new opportunity just came up. I may have the chance to take parts off a 1g TSi. What parts should I take off besides the turbo, 02 housing, hard lines, BOV, piping, SMIC, and downpipe?

why do you want a FMU & afc and fuel pump. you won't need another fuel pump either way and either FMU or afc
