Default how much power is a 14b capable of

I sold my t3/t04e this weekend, it would spool to slow and was just to big for my d15b7, I am looking for somthing cheap (14b) but still want to make 200whp, so my question is, is it possible to make 200 whp with a 14b on a d15b7. I see a few of you are using the 14b, could you please post your motor and what kind of power you are making. I already have 450's, chipped ecu installed.

i made 255 with a 14b at 16psi at 12psi most guys see 210-230 on a z6 so you should see 190-200 on a b7 with a a6 cam upgrade well worth it.

Well I need to know the same answer but for a B18C1 in a 96 DX, I plan to drop the compression to 9.0:1 and plan to push slightly over 300whp. Would the Laser/Talon/Eclipse 14B (T04?) turbo then work? And at what PSI?

And does it BY CHANCE have water cooled parts?

Please don't flame i'm trying to learn and it's so confusing!

Edit: I think i'm actually going to go with the T3/T04B .63 A/R instead, i'm pretty sure even with the low compression it should still kick out 300ish

14b's are good to 275 or around there. For 300hp I would look at something bigger, like a T3.

14b is pushing it , my buddy has a 16g on his z6 and it went 13.6

14b is way to small for a b series.
