How do you make the turn that does down to the turbo flange would a log with flange connected straight to manifold without the turn down work with a 14b? or do i have to have that turn down for bolt clearance?

yes the first one used 4 90* bends and two short peices.

the two 90 degree bends in the the middle how did he connect them justput a thick weld between them and then port from the inside?

I would imagine they cut off some of each end and then welded them together.. You will have to do some calculating and figure out how much you need to take off. I can tell you first hand that making one like that is very tough without certain tools. How do you plan to cut the holes for the center two runners? Do you have a band saw? cutting the els with a chop saw is difficult.

I was gonna take it to the machine shop and have them cut it then ill just do the welding.
