option 1: lenghten the actuator arm.

option 2: 14b's are like 8psi, stop being a -----.

Yep,**** got everthing right. But if you must have lower boost i would use a crab spring.

Clock it so there is less pull on the wastegate actuator arm, that will lower boost.
