Listen to what everyone is saying. An A/F guage that uses a stock narrowband sensor is worthless. Sell it and buy a wideband. However, if you really want that light to dance back and forth then here you go.
I'm not familiar with those colors on an O2 sensor (two blacks, a white, and a green are the sock colors), but connect a volt meter to the gray and black and find out which is positive. The two white are the heater. The car has to be running and semi warmed up for the O2 to start working. Or you could look in a helms and find the O2 signal wire color (green or white) and see which one it is connected to on the O2 plug.
