how to hook up this fmu?

This is a picture of a Honda FPR with an adjustable cap, as you can see in the pic, the top line is vacuum you can tap that line for the fmu, and the bottom line is the return.
If you find something similar in your car that should be you FPR. Unhook that line and run it to the out line of the FMU, then get a new hose and run it from the FPR that you just unhooked, to the in outlet of the FMU.

i have a toyota tercel... its a small 1.5 sohc motor... got a question does low compression help when you boost low? i believe my car compression is around 9.1 or something... not too clear on this but its very low.
If you mean C/R (compression Ratio or the 9:1 number you stated) Then yes a lower compression ratio is good for a turbo setup.
If you mean that your Cyliners have low compression...then no that is not good for a turbo
