Default How Free Should The Shaft Spin..

Hello. I have a RHB5 Turbo. There is like no shaft play. When I spin it how free should it spin? It turns easy but after I spin it and let go it doesnt keep spining. All the fins are in great shape.

Fluid bearings don't just keep spinning, esp when they aren't pressurized.

Its tough to say. JY turbos that have been sitting for awhile might not like to spin very easy at first, but once its been ran should spin very freely. As long as there is 0 runout, and the side to side is minimaly normal, your ok.
