Default How Cold is too Cold

I am thinking of a new cooling solution for my future turbo setup on my car and would like to know how much is too cold when it comes to air? If I cool the air like an intercooler but im able to drop the temp of it by at least 40 or 50 degrees F would it make it too cold for the engine to handle? Would it make the air too dense and blow my poor stock D16Z6 intake?

Unless the gas is getting frozen, it is never too cold.

I think -105 degrees might be almost too cold.. A geo strom with a turbo could run 12's in that wheither..
