if your not going to spend the time and money on a good tune and the fuel management to go with it that will preserve your motor at 10psi then there isnt any point in you putting that turbo on
im running 12psi daily on a bone stock D16Z6 that's never been cracked open and it runs great, but i have proper fuel management and a good tune
people who blow there motors at 8psi are either idiots or idiots with a shitty tune and shitty fuel management
and from reading your second post, thats exactly what everyone near you isnt doing, is getting proper fuel management and a good tune, do that and you'll be fine at 10psi

i would go with a fuel pressure regulator and chipped ecu also a inline fuel pump, i have a place by me that tunes so thats not a problem, thats why i dont ask them for ---- i go on here and all if i let them run my ---- it would blow up fast, thanks

If you're going with a chipped ecu you don't need an fpr or an inline pump. You'll control fuel fine with the stock fpr if it's tuned well, and generally people only get an inline pump because they handle really high pressure (for like fmu setups), your stock fuel pump is good to like 250whp anyways.
