how can i tell what my wastegate is set at?

Default how can i tell what my wastegate is set at?
I have a turbo with a internal wastegate and I was wondering if there is a way to test to see what psiit is set at?

autozone sells vaccuum pumps for like 12 bucks. that test ---- like that
