that still holds it all in one place if the brace is strong, so the thermal expansion problem would still be there imo...either way, it sucks

I thought that some SSAutoChrome mani is already comes braced?!?!?

Funny how you got one that isnt braced. I been using a SSAutoChrome manifold for 9 months straight now and still no problem? Hmmm....

they do come braced, but very shitty braces, mine actually fell off and you need to support it to the block to take some weight off. mine worked fine for 5 mos. at 6 psi, as soon as i turned the boost up to 10 psi, it cracked within a day.
